Sports Performance Department


Our Sports Performance Department model focuses on developing our clients as an athlete, and as a person.  We set our athletes up for success by creating responsible, knowledgeable, and confident athletes, optimizing their time in the gym and outside of the gym in four different ways:

  • Weight training curriculum–Which educates the client on proper technique and practices.
  • Individualized program–Specific to each client based on our assessments and needs analysis.
  • Goal setting–Based on the clients guided reflection of their life style and nutritional habits.
  • At-home training program–Which is designed to complement the work done in the gym to further prepare the athlete


Training sessions will address all aspects of physical preparation.

  • Breathing patterns
  • Self-myofascial release (foam rolling)
  • Joint mobility (targeted stretching)
  • Speed and agility
  • Power development
  • Max and relative strength
  • Aerobic and anaerobic conditioning.
